Add Option to Remove Parts Labor

Is there any way we can get a button or something we in engineering can click on that would remove all of the parts labor out of a job? For instance, I have a job that is parts only with a subcontractor installing it and I have to go thru a ton of lines and remove the labor. If I could click on a button to remove it all at once, that would be helpful.
