Nicknames and My employees

I would like to see a place to add Nicknames to employees or an AKA we have several employees that do not go by their first name. I would like it to show up in the list of employees as the name they prefer.

Also I would like for it to show my Employees on my Dashboard so I can review their accts and customers. Also and easy way to see all sales people at a glance.
