Approval Notes Section : Extend

When I am adding notes to a pre-approval rejection, the text is often longer than what can be displayed in the cell on the approval window. I believe that the full text I have typed gets e-mailed to the sales rep, but there doesn’t appear to be any way to expand the size of the cell window, or double click on it to view it in a different window.

In the screenshot below, there are 7 bullet points that I typed up for the sales rep. However, the cell size limits me to only seeing the first 4 and I don’t have any way to see the rest.
